Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Interloop platform provided by Interloop Technologies ("Interloop"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

The service

Interloop provides AI-assisted voice interviews, proctoring, scoring, and employee upskilling/assessment tools. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts & eligibility

You're responsible for your account, your team's access, and keeping credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service for lawful hiring and development purposes.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service unlawfully, or to discriminate against candidates in violation of applicable law.
• Don't attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Don't upload content you lack the rights to, or that is unlawful or harmful.

Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and candidate data. As the employer, you are the controller / data fiduciary for the candidates you interview: you're responsible for providing notice, obtaining any required consent, and having a lawful basis. We process candidate data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI scoring — human oversight

AI interview and assessment scores are decision-support, not a final automated decision. They're evidence-based and meant to assist human reviewers. You should apply human judgement and not rely solely on automated processing for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on candidates. AI outputs can contain errors.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up, through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Taxes (e.g. GST) apply as indicated.

Intellectual property

Interloop and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these Terms. You grant us the rights needed to host and process your content to provide the service.

Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular hiring outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Interloop against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms or of your data-protection obligations to candidates.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you can export your data, and we'll delete or anonymise it per our retention practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
